All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
- SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted once payment is confirmed and you receive an acknowledgment from us.
Orders are processed only after full payment (unless otherwise agreed).
Once engraving work has started, orders cannot be canceled or refunded due to product customization.
Prices listed include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and contact information so we can process your orders smoothly.
- SECTION 4 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We partner with trusted delivery providers for nationwide shipping.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, festivals, or natural causes).
Once a product is handed over to the carrier, ownership and risk pass to the customer.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof at sales@veershyamcreation.in.
- SECTION 5 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Due to the customized nature of our engraved products, returns or refunds are not accepted unless:
The product received is defective or damaged in transit.
There is an engraving error caused by us.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 working days after product inspection and approval.
