Refund and Return Policy

At Veer Shyam Creation, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In the same condition that you received it
Unworn or unused
With original tags
In its original packaging
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, please contact us at sales@veershyamcreation.in
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
⚠️ Items sent back to us without prior approval for a return will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and approved, the replacement or refund will be Credited within 7–10 business days.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at sales@veershyamcreation.in if:
The item is defective or damaged
You receive the wrong product
We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
If a replacement is approved, it will be delivered within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have.
Once your return is approved, you can make a new purchase for the replacement product.
If an exchange is accepted, the exchanged product will be delivered within 7–10 business days.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.
If approved, a refund will be Credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
